Questions before first booking

Book offer first and appointments afterwards ?

I make time available for all offers that can be booked. If you cannot organise one of the available times in the appointment booking: See below “… can’t find date …”. I am flexible when it comes to scheduling. If I am fully booked, the corresponding offers are no longer bookable and are labelled as such.

What details of birth do you need to provide and where can you find them?

To prepare your reading I need the following information from you:

  1. your date of birth
  2. your place of birth, please include the state/province and country. (there are quite a few “Springfield” or “Alexandria” … ). If the town is very small, please add the next largest town, thank you.
  3. your time of birth, as exact as possible. You can find this :
    • on your birth certificate
    • in the family booklet / card, if such a document exists in your country
    • enquire at the civil registry office in your place of birth (e.g General Register Office, Birth Record Office or similar)
    • enquire at the birth centre/hospital where you were born

      It is very worthwhile to know your time of birth as accurately as possible. If the time is not documented, please state how the specified time came about. Thank you.
Can’t find a date to book that suits you?

That can happen. Then make me a suggestion with at least 3 specific times that are possible for you. Please specify times in Swiss time (Zurich), thank you. Here you go to the contact form. I will then get back to you in good time to let you know.

You are looking for the access or the link for the Zoom video session?

You will find the link in 2 places:
• In your confirmation email of the appointment booking
Or when logged in: in menu click on Booked, search for your desired appointment in the overview list. Click (anywhere) on the line of your appointment in the appointment list, then all the details of the appointment will appear. At the top right you will find the camera symbol (Zoom). Click on the camera symbol to open a window for logging into Zoom. In the new window at the top right you will find the language setting for your Zoom operation, and off you go! See you soon!

Membership(s)

Where can you book appointments with me?

You must be logged in to book appointments. If logged in
You can book appointments for video sessions with me in your memberships. You can find these in CentralHub. Click on FreeShort, LunarMonth, IntensiveMonth, ViewPresent or SolarYear, and you’re there!

Good to know

Memberships such as FreeShort, LunarMonth, IntensiveMonth, ViewPresent and SolarYear are bookable packages, the contents of which are described here.

With a membership you get access to book the corresponding dates for video sessions. If your membership expires, your access to booking appointments will expire. For a one-off appointment, this is after just a few days. The appointments you have already booked are and will of course remain valid! Our cooperation does not consist of booking appointments, but starts with this, among other things.

Your access to YourPages – your private page(s) – will of course remain independent of memberships. Here you will find the content of the booked video sessions that belong to the corresponding membership.

Even without a current membership, you can access the general area such as CentralHub, account details etc. at any time (in addition to access to YourPages).
